Drops

Bird droppings all over my car
That bird must have eaten a bad worm,
Maybe from the bottom of a bottle,
Because this was one runny mess.

So…

I headed to a car wash,
The suds worked their magic,
The high pressure water spray pried the poop off,
The forced air dried the car to a spotless perfection.

So…

I took off for home
Navigating potholes in a shinning machine.
I parked away from the trees to be safe
To keep the nesting birds an acceptable distance away.

And..

It started raining,
Probably not hard enough to have cleaned the car,
There would have been gross smudges running down the window.
Oh well.
